VANCOUVER, BC – June 27, 2022 – KAPA GOLD INC. (TSXV:KAPA) (“Kapa Gold” or the “Company”) a gold exploration and development company announces the appointment of Konstantine Tsakumis to provide investor relations and shareholder communications services.
Konstantine Tsakumis has a combined market experience of over several years. He specializes in the representation of public companies. Mr. Tsakumis will assist the Company in gaining increased exposure to investors through the dissemination of corporate information to a network of online venues, brokerage firms, financial institutions and private investors. This initiative reinforces the Company’s commitment to improve communications and information flow to its shareholders and the investment community. The services agreement with Mr. Tsakumis is for a twelve-month contract, subject to 30 days’ notice, at the fee of $4,000 for 20 hours per week.
